Pairsine Chefs Fine Food and Wine Pairing Competition Roll into Downtown Denver On November 7!

Wine Country Network's signature culinary event is a favorite amongst Denver
area foodies! 

COLORADO SPRINGS, Colorado- September 3, 2019, Wine Country Network, publisher of Wine Country International magazine, have announced that a new Pairsine Chefs Food and Wine will roll into downtown Denver on November 7, 2019.

The popular foodie favorite, Pairsine Chefs Fine Food and Wine Pairing Competition, takes place on Thursday, November 7, 2019 ,at the recently renovated Crowne Plaza Downtown Hotel from 5 to 9 pm. Up to ten wine-savvy Colorado chefs will create twenty gourmet dishes to pair with top winning wines from the 2019 Denver International Wine Competition. Foodie's get to cast their votes for the coveted People's Choice Chef, while pro judges vote for the "Most Creative" and "Best Chef."

Pairsine is the combination of the words "Pairing and Cuisine." Pronounced (Pair-Zeen), this competition is more than producing a pretty plate. It is about challenging a chef's ability and understanding of wine and food pairing. Chefs are assigned two different highly rated wines and must create/invent a food pairing for each wine served in bite portions on competition day. Pro judges (including Denise Mickelsen, Food Editor at 5280 Magazine) and all attendees taste the food pairings with the wines and vote for their favorite pairings.
